4.振动给料机操作规程
(1)给料机装置与振动电机接线后 ，， ，，，举行周全清静检查 ，， ，，，以阻止开机后爆发人身与装备事故 ，， ，，，确认各处螺栓紧固 ，， ，，，装备可靠接地 ，， ，，，方可开机。。。。。
(2)给料机不宜空载运转时间过长 ，， ，，，30分钟以内停�；；；；；； ；� ，， ，，，要将所有螺栓紧固一次 ，， ，，，以后要按期检查 ，， ，，，发明松动实时紧固 ，， ，，，确保振动电机与装备的牢靠毗连。。。。。

a.调解加大振动电机的激振力。。。。。
b.调解槽体悬挂的长度 ，， ，，，使槽体沿下料方神往下倾斜 ，， ，，，倾斜角度在通常情形下0~-140规模内 ，， ，，，按差别物料的自然歇息角 ，， ，，，以不自动跑料为原则。。。。。

4 double mass vibration feeder operation procedures
